Under 18 year old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

24hr notice required on cancellation. Non attendance is charge at full rate.

What to wear
Generally sports clothes are preferred. If the lower part of the body is being treated, we recommend loose fitting shorts or sports under garments. For upper body treatment, ladies should wear a sports bra and a sports T-shirt or vest, which can be adjusted during treatment.  Men should wear a sports T-shirt or vest. 
I follow a strict towelling protocol to assure your comfort and protect your modesty.

What to expect
The first consultation will incorporate an assessment and treatment session. You will be asked a series of questions about your general health, your goals and the specific areas you would like addressed. Treatment sessions will typically last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your requirements. Following the treatment, I will offer you advice regarding the best way to maximise the effects of the treatment over the following few days.
